What makes a three-supplier shortlist decision-ready?
Illustrative comparison rule: compare per-piece prices only after recording currency, pack size and applicable tier. A low price for a different unit or quantity is not automatically a better offer.
Normalize the decision, preserve the source
Keep the original price and unit beside any interpretation. Record MOQ, requested quantity and whether their units can be compared. Supplier-published pricing is meaningful commercial evidence within those conditions. A current quote for your exact specification, quantity and delivery term still requires supplier confirmation.
Explain why each candidate advances
