Connect and read before buying

Connect a standard Streamable HTTP MCP client to https://api.seekapi.ai/mcp. Initialize, list tools and call discover_china_supply_check_v0 with empty arguments. Runtime admission is the authority for each payment mode; static descriptions are dated observations.

Free prepare_china_supply_check_v0 accepts a written brief or the supported bounded reference image plus optional notes. Review and edit the brief before exact signed confirmation. Discovery and preparation do not purchase a check or contact suppliers.

Agents use independent signed-wallet authentication bound to the settled order for purchase, run, status and result operations. Payment proof or an order ID alone does not grant access. Stripe customers use their secure recovery link. Existing results never require paying again.

Run a free example before connecting a wallet

Download an offline-first Python and Node quickstart with a synthetic product brief. No account, wallet or payment is needed. Optional live mode uses the official MCP SDK and stops after free discovery and preparation.

Unzip the archive, enter its directory, then run either command with Python 3.10+ or Node 22+:

Both default commands stay offline and print payment_effects: 0 and provider_effects: 0. The README explains pinned SDK installation, explicit --live and local HTTP transport tests. Fixed synthetic live examples carry a measurement-test marker and never count as independent demand. Use your own client configuration for real buyer traffic.

Preparation returns a draft for review and a digest; it grants no authority to spend. Examples cannot select paid, run, pilot or private-order tools. A new buyer requirement needs a fresh prepare and exact confirmation before any separately authorized purchase.

Keep the buyer’s specification intact

Use the brief worksheet to preserve quantity, units, exact model and permitted substitutions. Record drawing revisions rather than inferring them from a similar photograph.

Product-first V2

Match the product first. Compare the evidence next.

1. Admit evidenced product matches without a known hard product conflict. Missing non-hard information stays an RFQ question.
2. Calculate the product commercial score: comparable price 45%, scoped sales 35%, MOQ fit 10%, freshness and active status 10%. Missing evidence receives zero credit.
3. Deduplicate connected legal business, marketplace member and shop identities. Several listings from the same supplier do not create extra supplier slots. Preserve the identity level and confidence actually observed.
4. Protect at most 20 unique suppliers within 10 product-score points of the best matching product.
5. Select source factory tiers F5→F0 within that protected pool; compare product score within a tier. A factory badge cannot rescue a wrong product.
6. Use Q1–Q6 as a trust profile and auxiliary explanation. These are not six all-PASS admission gates, and factory evidence is not counted twice.

The target is three actionable supplier candidates. Ordinary incomplete pools remain provisional; weak or conflicting products do not fill the count. Source-platform certification is not an independent SeekAPI onsite audit. Source protections apply only to eligible source product transactions, not compensation for the CSC fee.

The anonymous public sample uses csc.public-agent-sample.v4. No commercial recommendation is made; first display preserves recorded order. Fact coverage is NOT_RECORDED/UNKNOWN; three of three references resolving into the catalog is reference linkage only, not procurement completeness or independent audit.

The public example reconstructs preserved historical evidence. Its original pool and weights are NOT_RECORDED; current V2 scores are RECOMPUTED. Its tied 0/100 scores and F0 tiers do not establish commercial superiority or prove a supplier is not a factory.

Standalone Stripe Hosted Checkout, with no $2.99 purchase required. We contact up to three distinct suppliers and target at least one current supplier-confirmed qualified quote for your confirmed product, specifications and quantity within three China business days after payment and essential requirement confirmation. If that target is not met: RFQ_INCOMPLETE and a full RFQ service-fee refund to the original payment method.

Human report, Agent JSON and Evidence manifest share the same facts, conditions and unknowns. Supplier-confirmed quotations include current prices and terms for your confirmed brief. This fee does not authorize goods purchases, supplier payments or agency transactions. Complete landed cost, break-even and Price Intelligence are outside Basic.

Prepare for free, then review before payment

Start with product/model, complete specifications, quantity and unit, destination, must-have conditions and allowed substitutions. Start with your product link and review its specifications. Add an image when it helps. An optional Channel A processed visual reference uses the same client processing as China Supply Check, not original-image fidelity; precision drawings and certificates are not supported for fidelity. If an image fails, continue with text.

1. Read the current RFQ OpenAPI. POST action=discover to https://api.seekapi.ai/checkout/stripe/rfq; proceed only when public sales admission is AVAILABLE. PAUSED or unknown admission means do not start a new Checkout.
2. POST action=prepare_runtime and a draft as below. Send Origin: https://api.seekapi.ai, x-seekapi-card-claim: 1 and Content-Type: application/json. Free preparation needs no Cookie, Bearer or capability token and creates no order, payment, supplier contact or paid sourcing.

With READY, review the normalized requirement and digest. With NEEDS_CLARIFICATION, supply only missing facts. With ELIGIBILITY_REVIEW_REQUIRED, stop the commercial flow. Keep signed prepared objects, receipts, cookies and access credentials private and out of logs.

Confirm once; keep the original order for recovery

1. POST action=session and retain the private session cookie.
2. In that same session POST action=confirm: draft is the exact returned prepared object without its receipt; send receipt separately, requirement_digest and acknowledgement=CONFIRM_RFQ_REQUIREMENT. Edits or expiry require a fresh preparation, not editing a signed object.
3. POST action=checkout with the returned private access in the same session. The buyer reviews and pays the Stripe Hosted Checkout.
4. POST action=result with private access for status and result. Reconcile a return with action=checkout_return and its original private reference. Use action=renew with the renewal capability and stable request_id for access recovery as described in OpenAPI. These are existing-order reads/recovery, not another purchase. No repayment is needed for existing results.

On UNKNOWN or an interrupted payment, reconcile the same order first; never blindly create a second Checkout. This is an HTTPS REST entry, not a new MCP tool. Read the Basic service and start with your requirement.

Other human assistance remains separately scoped

A separately accepted assignment returns dated evidence, remaining unknowns and the next requested approval.

The sample shows RFQ unknowns and a draft. SeekAPI Verified RFQ Basic is the separate USD 19.90 service described above; it is not a contact-unlock fee. Business contacts already public in authenticated paid reports remain readable. Sample contact availability is null when unknown.

A buyer or Agent can request manual scope review for selected-supplier contact, sample follow-up or procurement coordination. A person must accept scope, fee, recipients and authority first. No autonomous human-task API or automatic acceptance is live.
