Human report, Agent JSON and Evidence manifest share the same facts, conditions, unknowns and next actions. Basic does not authorize goods purchases, supplier payments, agency transactions or production. No complete landed-cost, break-even or Price Intelligence promise. This is not contact unlock; public business contacts in authenticated paid results remain readable. Other human assistance requires separate scope review; no autonomous generic human-task API is live.

Optional Channel A processed VISUAL_REFERENCE uses the same client processing as China Supply Check, not original fidelity. Precision drawings and certificates are not supported for fidelity. If an image fails, continue with text.
- Free preparation needs no Cookie, Bearer or capability token and has no order, charge, supplier contact or paid sourcing effects. READY means review the returned normalized requirement and digest; NEEDS_CLARIFICATION means supply only missing facts; ELIGIBILITY_REVIEW_REQUIRED means stop commercial flow.
- After review, action=session establishes a private cookie. In that same session action=confirm sends draft as the exact returned prepared object without receipt, receipt separately, requirement_digest and acknowledgement=CONFIRM_RFQ_REQUIREMENT. Never edit signed prepared content; edits or expiry require preparation again.
- action=checkout uses returned private access in the same session to obtain one Stripe Hosted Checkout for buyer-approved payment. On UNKNOWN, reconcile the same order before any retry; do not create another order.
- action=result is a POST read with private access. action=checkout_return reconciles the original private return reference. action=renew uses private renewal capability and a stable request_id for existing access recovery; follow the current OpenAPI. Existing authenticated reads require no repayment. A browser return alone is not proof of payment.
- Keep signed prepared objects, receipts, cookies and access/renewal/return credentials private and out of logs. Synthetic examples are not independent customer demand.

## Optional USD 2.99 supplier screening and evidence method

China Supply Check starts from a product photo or written brief, then compares evidenced matching products from distinct supplier identities. A successful check targets three actionable suppliers; ordinary partials remain provisional. Wrong products and known hard conflicts are not rescued by badges or weak padding.

Selection V2: comparable price45%, scoped sales35%, MOQ fit10%, freshness and active status10%. Missing non-hard evidence scores zero and remains an RFQ question. Deduplicate connected legal business / marketplace member / shop identities; keep one primary offer per supplier and disclose the observed identity level/confidence. Protect at most20 unique suppliers within10 product-score points of the best product. Within the protected pool, select source tiers F5→F0, then product score within a tier. Q1–Q6 is auxiliary trust explanation, not six all-PASS admission gates. Source factory evidence is not an independent SeekAPI onsite audit.
